  Visited here for dinner on a Saturday night, 7pm and already busy. Service was quite slow and had to ask several times for drinks that we'd already ordered. Food was very good when it arrived but I think the breads had been sitting out a while waiting for the rest of the main course, as they were like warm at best when served. Overall an ok experience but would try the alternatives before going back.

  Restaurant is VERY HIT N MISS! I've had a few 'decent' ish currys and the remainder have been really not that great. Not worth the money n service is 'takeit or leave it'.

  Have used this place as an eat in restaurant and a takeaway. As someone who would never call them self an expert on indian cuisine I have always found the food to be acceptable to enjoyable. The prices are fairly heavy but I have never felt the need to complain as the food has always merited the few extra quid over, for arguments sake a chinese takeaway. In house the staff are always polite and attentive and apart from the odd 'long wait' have always delivered great service.
  The owner/manager however is a very strange entity...sometimes friendly/generous...sometimes ...abrupt/unwelcoming....probably something they should have a look at but overall a nice indian restaurant IMO.
